*Sundays 3:00-4:00pm

Tumbling Tots_(Coed)
We offer an introductory gymnastics class tailored for children aged 3, 4, or 5. Your child will learn the basics of gymnastics, improving small motor coordination and listening skills. They will practice tumbling, balance beam, trampoline, and uneven bars.
Beginners I (Coed all ages)
This class covers the basics of gymnastics on various equipment, including mats, bars, vault, beam, and trampoline. Some of the skills taught include rolls, bar techniques, vault activities, beam exercises, and trampoline jumps.
Beginners II (Coed all ages):
Students must pass Beginners before taking this class or receive approval from the instructor. In this class, students will progress in practicing various pieces of apparatus like Floor Exercise, Balance Beam, and Uneven Bars. The class includes exercises such as Cartwheel, Tripod, Donkey kick, head stand, and backbend on the mats; half turns on the high bar, roll over high bar, and pull ups on the bars; and using the large vault, learning how to land on it, and dismounting.
Intermediate: (Coed all ages)
Must pass Beginners II before taking this class (or approval from instructor). Mats: Bridge/kickover, handstand, back bend, cartwheel. Bars will have a recap of previous skills and then teach the children a routine to follow. Trampoline: Will have a routine to follow using many skills learned in the previous classes. Beam: Routine to practice using the previous class skills. Vault: Stand on vault, Jump over vault and child’s choice.
Advanced Tumbling I
Handstand, Headstand, Bridge kick over, Back Bend, Straddle jump, Side Hurdle, Round off, Squat, Planks, Push-ups, Sit-ups
Advanced Tumbling II
Front Handspring, Back Bend kick over, Back Bend come back up, Handstand forward roll, Back handspring, Back extension, Straddle Jump, Squats, Planks, Push-ups, Sit-ups.
