Running can significantly improve physical and mental health. As a form of aerobic exercise, running can reduce stress, improve heart health, and help with weight loss. The Decatur Running Club is for runners of ALL endurance levels. Participants will separate into groups of desired pace and distance. Whether you are just starting to run or training for a big race, the Decatur Running Club will help you stay motivated to reach your fitness goals!
Mondays and Wednesdays (6:00pm)
2019 season begins: Monday, April 29th
Location: Runners will meet at the Cancer Institute building on the north side of the Adams Memorial Hospital Campus. The group will then run on the Rivergreenway Trail. This is a FREE club open to all ages. No registration required.
